How does this work?
It is pretty simple actually, we purchase the Accounts Receivable from subcontractors and suppliers, issue payments and then we collect from the GC.
Is there a fee?
Yes, based on several factors we provide an instant quote on what we are willing to pay for your Accounts Receivable. Once we collect the Accounts Receivable from the GC we keep the difference.
Does the GC have to approve the payment?
Yes, contracts with GC's have a section that prohibits the sale or transfer of any part of the agreement, so we have to receive their signature in order to execute the agreement. Furthermore, we get the GC's ‘Approval’ to verify that all information on the payment application is correct.
Can I sell my retainage to Cash 4 Construction?
No, currently we do not purchase Accounts Receivables that include retainage.
Can I use Cash 4 Construction on any project?
We handle all types of construction, however, the GC must be part of our network. If you don't see the GC and the project you want to use us for, send us an email and we will try to add them to our network.
How do I submit a payment request?
Create an account. Once you have created your account click on the "+ New AR Request" button. Fill out all the information on the form, then hit Submit. This begins the process.
How long does it take to get paid?
We ask for 3 business days from the time you submit the payment application for GC Approval and C4C Approval. Once that is completed we initiate the payment. We send a check to you in the mail within 24 hours after the execution of the contract, or 3-5 business days if payment is done via digital method. Furthermore, there is an option to have that check overnighted.
